Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Visualization: Create interactive, high-level dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights effectively.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain automated reporting systems to ensure stakeholders have real-time access to critical KPIs.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and executives to define key performance indicators and translate business requirements into data models.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data processes and implement solutions to improve data quality and integrity.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data pipelines, methodologies, and analytical findings for the team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation and analysis.
- Visualization Tools: Proven experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
