Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, clean, and transform large, complex datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business strategy.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive visualizations in Tableau or Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and executive summaries that translate technical analysis into clear, business-friendly language.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product and marketing teams to identify data requirements and optimize business processes.
- Automated Solutions: Build automated scripts (Python/SQL) to streamline data retrieval and reduce manual reporting efforts.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) is mandatory.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and propose innovative solutions.
