Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and deliver actionable insights
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Develop A/B testing frameworks to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Create automated reporting pipelines to ensure timely delivery of performance metrics
- Present findings to leadership teams through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Mentor junior analysts and conduct peer reviews of analytical methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL with complex query optimization experience
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design capabilities
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and data warehousing
