Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Visualize data through Tableau and Power BI to create interactive dashboards that empower stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
- Perform deep-dive data analysis, including A/B testing, regression analysis, and cohort analysis, to identify trends and anomalies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
- Document data pipelines, analytical models, and processes to maintain a scalable and efficient data architecture.
- Present complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Strong experience with visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Proven ability to clean, structure, and manage large datasets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
