Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support strategic planning.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Engineering) to define data requirements and solve business problems.
- Document data pipelines, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Identify process improvements and recommend data-driven solutions to optimize operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with NoSQL databases.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.
