Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize complex data models and dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, and Sales) to translate data findings into actionable business strategies.
- Design and execute A/B tests and statistical experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize product performance.
- Automate reporting workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors.
- Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear presentations and visualizations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (window functions, joins, subqueries) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Deep understanding of statistical concepts, data modeling, and data warehousing principles.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
