Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, correlations, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to drive business intelligence.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and build scalable data pipelines.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis, including A/B testing and regression modeling, to validate hypotheses.
- Communicate complex data findings and actionable insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Identify areas for process optimization and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and experience with Python or R.
- Strong visualization skills with Tableau or Power BI.
- Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
