Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders

- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track product health metrics
- Present complex findings to non-technical leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
- A/B test experimental features and quantify impact on business objectives
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring quality and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with focus on business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python/R)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven track record translating data into strategic business recommendations
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling techniques and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
