Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data analytics solutions using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs for C-suite stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns and operational processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Create comprehensive data quality frameworks ensuring 99.9% accuracy across all datasets
- Mentor junior analysts through peer review sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in data analytics with proven ROI impact
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling background with experience in predictive analytics
