Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate product hypotheses
- Create automated reporting pipelines to track KPIs and business metrics
- Partner with engineering teams to improve data collection systems
- Present findings to leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
- Mentor junior analysts and foster data literacy across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data tools
- Proven ability to translate technical findings into business impact
