Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex data models to support business reporting requirements.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast market trends.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to improve data infrastructure and ETL pipelines.
- Conduct A/B testing experiments to validate product changes and marketing strategies.
- Identify data quality issues and implement corrective measures to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for complex querying and data extraction.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and automation.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders.
