Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end data analysis projects using SQL, Python, and Tableau to identify market trends and operational inefficiencies
- Develop interactive dashboards and automated reporting systems for C-level stakeholders in healthcare and financial services
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical modeling to optimize marketing campaigns and customer retention strategies
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data pipelines and ensure data integrity across cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Present complex findings to non-technical audiences through compelling visualizations and executive summaries
- Mentor junior analysts through code reviews and best practice workshops
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with 3+ years in healthcare or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling techniques and experimental design
- Certification in AWS/GCP data analytics or equivalent cloud platform experience
