Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify market trends and growth opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs for executive leadership
- Design A/B tests and statistical models to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Partner with engineering teams to implement data pipelines and ensure data quality
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data narratives and visual reports
- Lead quarterly business reviews with actionable recommendations for revenue growth
- Maintain documentation of methodologies and ensure GDPR/CCPA compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL and Python
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Proven track record of translating complex data into business strategies
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies
