Responsibilities

- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize product features

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical knowledge including hypothesis testing and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating data analysis projects with measurable business impact
