Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Develop interactive Tableau dashboards and Power BI visualizations for executive stakeholders
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize marketing and operational KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Create predictive models using machine learning techniques to forecast market trends
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Mentor junior analysts and present findings to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven portfolio of complex projects
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and experimental design
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Certification in Tableau, AWS, or Google Cloud Analytics preferred
