Your Impact:
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will not just be reporting on the past; you will be predicting the future. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, optimize processes, and deliver high-impact presentations to executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with product managers, marketing teams, and engineering leads to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and business requirements.
- Data Transformation: Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets using SQL, Python, and other tools to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Visualization: Design and develop intuitive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize data trends and performance metrics.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct advanced statistical analysis to support A/B testing, customer segmentation, and predictive modeling initiatives.
- Storytelling: Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for non-technical audiences to drive business decisions.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine data pipelines and reporting methodologies to improve efficiency and data accessibility across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of solving business problems through data.
- Tools: Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts is a plus.
