Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex healthcare datasets to identify trends and opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop and maintain automated reporting pipelines to ensure real-time data accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver solutions
- Present findings to leadership through clear, actionable recommendations
- Optimize data models to improve performance and scalability
- mentor junior analysts and contribute to data governance best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with healthcare industry exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business narratives
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
