What You'll Do:
• Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R
• Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI
• Present findings to executive leadership with clear storytelling
• Implement A/B tests to validate business hypotheses
• Mentor junior analysts on best practices
Responsibilities
- Leverage SQL to extract, transform, and analyze large-scale operational datasets
- Design automated reporting systems for KPI tracking and performance monitoring
- Collaborate with product teams to identify data requirements for new initiativesConduct statistical analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction
- Create executive-ready data visualizations highlighting key business metrics
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality checks
- Stay current with industry trends in data analytics and visualization tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Strong statistical knowledge (regression, hypothesis testing, time-series)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data warehousing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data projects with measurable impact
