Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to extract and clean data.
- Build interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and outliers in large datasets.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and non-technical manner.
- Partner with product and marketing teams to define metrics and track user engagement.
- Automate reporting workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
