Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards in Tableau and Power BI
- Partner with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and KPIs
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical analyses to validate hypotheses
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Develop data governance frameworks ensuring accuracy and compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or related field
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI dashboard development experience
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into strategy
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing
- Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field preferred
