Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ETL pipelines using SQL and Python
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Analyze behavioral data to identify growth opportunities and optimize conversion funnels
- Collaborate with product teams to define data requirements for new features
- Create statistical models for predictive analytics and A/B testing frameworks
- Maintain data integrity through automated quality checks and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (MS preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with 2+ years in remote roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) data services
- Proven ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
