Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize product features and marketing campaigns
- Translate complex data findings into actionable business recommendations for leadership
- Implement data governance frameworks ensuring accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy initiatives across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with proven track record of impact
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling experience with experimental design and hypothesis testing
