Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and deliver actionable insights through comprehensive reports
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to validate hypotheses and drive product improvements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis methods
