Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business trends and opportunities
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop automated data pipelines to ensure real-time insights and data integrity
- Present findings through compelling visualizations and actionable recommendations
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data governance
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize marketing and operational strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex findings
- Certification in Google Analytics or similar data analytics platform
