Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business opportunities and risks
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and develop performance metrics
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical modeling to support product optimization
- Create executive-ready visualizations and presentations translating data into narratives
- Lead data quality initiatives ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design knowledge
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and ETL processes
