Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business opportunities and risks
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to measure product performance improvements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to build data pipelines and ETL processes
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data governance
- Lead quarterly business reviews with key department heads
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven portfolio of projects
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Advanced knowledge of Tableau/Power BI with dashboard development experience
- Strong business acumen to translate technical insights into strategic recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies
- Certification in Google Analytics or Tableau preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
