Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis and modeling to support business objectives and strategic planning.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL pipelines to ensure data accuracy.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Excel.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business value.
