Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and patterns
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Design and implement A/B tests to measure impact of policy initiatives
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through clear, compelling narratives
- Collaborate with data engineers to maintain robust data pipelines
- Lead ad-hoc analysis projects supporting strategic business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Strong understanding of federal data standards and compliance requirements
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and data warehousing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex insights
