Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
- Create compelling data visualizations and interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights to executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present findings to senior leadership through clear, impactful storytelling
- Automate reporting processes to enhance team efficiency
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience in enterprise environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing capabilities
- Proven experience translating complex data into business strategies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
- Certification in Tableau, AWS, or Google Analytics a plus
- Experience with healthcare or financial services data highly valued
