We're seeking a detail-oriented analyst with a passion for storytelling through data. You'll work with large datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to create dashboards and reports that influence executive decisions. Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for real-time data monitoring
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present data-driven insights to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Develop automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical analysis to validate business hypotheses
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python preferred)
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
