Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large, complex datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Present complex data findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven strategies to optimize business performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures).
- Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in Agile or Waterfall development methodologies.
