- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Create SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform large-scale financial datasets
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data narratives and reports
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to validate hypotheses and drive product improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience in fintech or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in regression and hypothesis testing
- Proven track record of translating data into actionable business recommendations
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
