Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to identify trends and opportunities
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Partner with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Conduct A/B tests and build predictive models to support product optimization
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Automate reporting processes to enhance team efficiency
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with statistical analysis and experimental design
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
