Responsibilities
- Design and execute advanced data analysis projects using SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports to track KPIs and business performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Implement statistical models to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear, compelling narratives
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines for accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design skills
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating data-driven impact in previous roles
