Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Translate findings into actionable recommendations through clear visualizations and presentations
- Implement data validation protocols to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience in B2B tech or fintech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling experience with A/B testing and regression analysis
- Proven ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and ETL processes
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI highly desirable
