Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques to identify business trends
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver insights
- Develop automated data pipelines to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality checks
- Stay current with emerging analytics tools and methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience in healthcare or finance industry preferred
- Certification in Tableau or Microsoft Power BI a plus
