Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify market trends and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track business performance metrics
- Present complex data insights through compelling visualizations and executive storytelling
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure data quality across all reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling background with experience in regression analysis and hypothesis testing
- Proven track record of translating complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Certification in Tableau, Power BI, or AWS/Azure Data Engineering preferred
- Experience with healthcare or financial data compliance standards (HIPAA, SOX)
