Qualifications

- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros
- Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis
- Familiarity with government data standards and compliance requirements
- Strong communication skills translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences
