Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and Tableau to identify market trends and opportunities
- Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to support strategic decision-making
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards for C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into data solutions
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and performance optimization projects
- Maintain and improve data pipelines using ETL processes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced Tableau or Power BI dashboard development skills
- Strong statistical modeling background (regression, clustering, time-series)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
