Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL and Python for real-time analytics
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize KPIs and trends

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations
- Maintain data quality frameworks and ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GDPR)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Experience working with large datasets in cloud environments (AWS/GCP preferred)
