Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical modeling to optimize product performance
- Partner with engineering teams to improve data quality and infrastructure
- Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations
- Lead quarterly business reviews with data-driven storytelling
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with SaaS or tech companies
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI skills with portfolio of complex dashboards
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data tools
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical insights to strategy
- Certifications (e.g., AWS Data Analytics, Google Data Analytics) a plus
