Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Modeling: Extract and analyze large datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations that influence business strategies.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive leadership.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct advanced statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of marketing campaigns.
- Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and implement automated solutions to improve data accuracy and speed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and sales teams to define data requirements and ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel.
- Visualization: Strong experience creating visualizations in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and provide data-backed recommendations.
