Responsibilities
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets using SQL, Python, and R to uncover trends and anomalies
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards in Tableau for executive leadership
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to improve user engagement and conversion rates
- Maintain data integrity across multiple databases and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics with healthcare industry background
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Expert knowledge of statistical analysis and experimental design methodologies
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI preferred
- Demonstrable experience translating complex data into business recommendations
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
