Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to uncover market trends and operational inefficiencies
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate KPIs to stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize digital campaigns
- Collaborate with product teams to define data requirements for new feature development
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation protocols and documentation standards
- Present findings to C-suite executives with clear, concise recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of statistical methodologies and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Certification in Tableau or Microsoft Power BI highly desirable
