Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines for large-scale financial datasets using SQL and Python
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify market trends and customer behavior patterns
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Collaborate with product teams to implement data-driven product improvements
- Automate reporting processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality assurance protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL and Python
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau and Power BI visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling experience with regression and time-series analysis
- Demonstrable experience in fintech or financial services industry
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data for non-technical audiences
- Certification in AWS or Google Cloud data platforms preferred
