Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards to track KPIs and business metrics
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to design data-driven experiments and A/B tests
- Present findings to leadership teams with clear recommendations for strategic decisions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence role
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with hypothesis testing
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and data warehousing
