Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks for product optimization
- Create automated reporting pipelines to monitor key business KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate findings into strategic initiatives
- Mentor junior analysts through peer review sessions and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (MS preferred)
- 4+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Proven experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects
- Ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
