- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop A/B test frameworks and conduct experiments to optimize product performance
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards across platforms
- Present findings to leadership teams with clear, actionable recommendations
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy initiatives across departments
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with proven impact
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings into strategy
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL pipelines
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ complex data analysis projects
