Responsibilities

- Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical modeling to support product decisions
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Proven ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI (preferred)
