Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to design data collection methodologies and KPI tracking
- Present findings to non-technical audiences through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Develop automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy
- Maintain data quality standards through rigorous validation and documentation processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and at least one BI tool (Tableau preferred)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing solutions
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders
